Designer Jim Howard created this design scheme in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for a couple who wanted their new home to express the feeling of a cozy beach home and a rustic Tuscan villa. As you can see, he executed those concepts beautifully. Together, the powder blue and cream color scheme evokes the feeling of sand and sea, while the wrought iron candelabras and dramatic scalloped valances provide a rustic Italian tone.
